About Chelsea

Welcome, I am a dietitian, woman, wife, and now mother the most transformative role of my life. Motherhood has both softened and strengthened me, deepening my passion for supporting women through the complex and beautiful seasons of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

I've been incredibly fortunate to navigate my own journey to motherhood feeling well-informed, nourished, and empowered — a result of both years of study and a deep personal curiosity about women's health. My background as a dietitian and my own lived experience have given me a unique perspective on how to optimise health before, during, and after pregnancy — not just for ourselves, but for our babies too.

Through Her Panacea, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to women who want to feel confident, capable, and cared for in their health journey — whatever stage you're at.
